16 H-1B petitions approved for employers classified under Public Administration industry across East Montgomery Times publication area during 2024

In 2024, all H-1B petitions submitted by employers classified under the Public Administration industry located across East Montgomery Times publication area were approved, according to data provided by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services via the H-1B Employer Data Hub.

This represents an approval rate of 100%, which is higher than the average in Pennsylvania across all industries.

That year, the statewide average approval rate for H-1B petitions stood at 98.1%, slightly higher than 2023’s 97.4%. Across the publication area, employers across all industries submitted 6,829 petitions during the same period, with an approval rate of 98.4%.

Among petitions from employers in the Information industry, 98.9% were approved and 1.1% were denied.

The employers in the Public Administration sector in East Montgomery Times publication area included City of Philadelphia with 11 petitions, Chplanning, Ltd., and Deno International Education Consultant, LLC with one petition each during 2024.
