Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia appoints Dr. Michael Cellucci as spina bifida program director

Dr. Michael Cellucci has joined the Division of General Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and will serve as the Medical Director of the hospital’s Spina Bifida Program.

Dr. Cellucci received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University’s Sidney Kimmel Medical College in 2004. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Delaware in 2008. He is board certified in both general pediatrics and pediatric hospitalist medicine.

With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Cellucci has worked with medically complex children in hospitals and community settings.

According to Dr. Cellucci, “He is passionate about partnering with children and families to provide individualized care and help every child reach their fullest potential.”
