Dr. Samuel Eldrich, Medical Director of the Temple Health-Chestnut Hill Hospital Emergency Department, recently engaged with multiple media outlets to discuss the risks associated with extreme heat in Philadelphia. Speaking with the Philadelphia Inquirer, NBC10, and KYW Newsradio, Dr. Eldrich highlighted concerns as temperatures neared 100 degrees from June 23 to June 25, with nighttime temperatures remaining around 80 degrees.
