On Friday, May 30, former Germantown Friends School standout Dan Mateffy’s current collegiate team the Holy Cross Crusaders lost 0-4 against the North Carolina Tar Heels in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the North Carolina Tar Heels in the tournament.

The Holy Cross Crusaders’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 31 at 12:05 p.m. at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium.
