Former Wissahickon Senior High School standout Ben Junker played on Friday, May 30 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Friday, May 30, former Wissahickon Senior High School standout Ben Junker’s current collegiate team the East Stroudsburg Warriors lost 11-15 against the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at USA Baseball National Training Complex at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears in the tournament.

The East Stroudsburg Warriors’ next game will take place on Sunday, June 1 at 1:30 p.m. at USA Baseball National Training Complex.
