On Friday, April 11, former Philadelphia Academy Charter High School standout Carmella Gallagher’s current college team, the Hofstra Pride, won 11-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UNC Wilmington Seahawks.

The game took place at Bill Edwards Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Seahawks this season.

The Pride’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 1 p.m. at Bill Edwards Stadium against UNC Wilmington Seahawks.
