Jason Armstrong, the Chief Financial Officer of Comcast Corporation, has been appointed to the Board of Trustees at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), effective from July 1, 2025.

Armstrong’s responsibilities at Comcast include overseeing financial functions and strategic planning on a global scale. Before becoming CFO in 2023, he held various positions such as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer at Sky—a Comcast subsidiary—and Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. Prior to his time at Comcast, Armstrong spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs as Managing Director of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Research Group.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Duke University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
