Major League Baseball has released the schedule for the 2025 Postseason, with games set to begin on Tuesday, September 30. The Wild Card Series will be broadcast on ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2. The first game of the World Series is scheduled for Friday, October 24 at the home stadium of the league champion with the better regular season record.

The Division Series will start on Saturday, October 4 and could run through Saturday, October 11 if Game Fives are needed. FOX or FS1 along with FOX Deportes will air the American League Division Series (ALDS), while TNT Sports will simulcast the National League Division Series (NLDS) across TBS, truTV, and HBO Max.

The American League Championship Series (ALCS) is set to begin Sunday, October 12 and will be televised by FOX or FS1 along with FOX Deportes. The National League Championship Series (NLCS) starts Monday, October 13 and will be available on TBS, truTV, and HBO Max. If necessary, a Game Seven in the ALCS would take place Monday, October 20; for the NLCS it would be Tuesday, October 21.

Should all seven games be required in the World Series presented by Capital One, the final contest would occur on Saturday, November 1. Off days during the series are planned for Sunday, October 26 and Thursday, October 30 if a sixth game is played. FOX Sports and FOX Deportes will provide live coverage of every World Series game for their twenty-eighth consecutive year.

All games aired on TNT Sports platforms as well as those shown by FOX and FS1 can also be accessed by MLB.TV subscribers who have authentication through a participating pay TV provider. Wild Card games will additionally stream via the ESPN App. ESPN Radio is set to offer national audio coverage of every postseason matchup starting with the Wild Card round.

Spanish-language broadcasts will be available through FOX Deportes as well as ESPN Deportes and Univision; Univision Radio will handle Spanish audio coverage. The postseason matches are expected to reach audiences in over two hundred countries through forty-four media partners broadcasting in sixteen languages worldwide.

MLB Network plans extensive studio programming throughout the playoffs including MLB Tonight, MLB Central, MLB Now and Intentional Talk.
