On Friday, Feb. 14, former Springside Chestnut Hill Academy standout Tyler Kidwell’s current college team, the Lafayette Leopards, lost 9-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Southern Miss Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Pete Taylor Park. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Leopards’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 12 p.m. at Pete Taylor Park against Southern Miss Golden Eagles.
