On Saturday, April 5, former Abington Senior High School standout Leanna Schenk’s current college team, the Kutztown Golden Bears, won 12-8 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Shippensburg Raiders.

The game took place at Robb Field. This was their second matchup against the Raiders this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 1 p.m. at Creekview Park against East Stroudsburg Warriors.
