Orly Sedransk, goalkeeper for the University of Pennsylvania women’s lacrosse team, has been named to the Nike Lacrosse Preseason Media All-American Third Team by Inside Lacrosse Women. The announcement comes as the 2026 NCAA Division I women’s lacrosse season is set to begin.

Sedransk previously earned recognition as a USA Lacrosse Third Team Preseason All-American. During her freshman year in 2025, she was awarded Ivy League Rookie and Goalkeeper of the Year honors. She also received Honorable Mention All-American from both USA Lacrosse and Inside Lacrosse, and was named to the IWLCA Third Team All-American.

In the 2025 season, Sedransk recorded an overall record of 11-7 and a conference record of 5-2 in Ivy League play. She saved 180 out of 519 shots faced, achieving a goals-against average of 9.99 and a save percentage of .490. Sedransk reached a career-high with 14 saves in three separate games last year—against Princeton and Towson during the regular season, and against Army in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

The Penn Quakers will begin their 2026 campaign on Saturday, February 14, hosting Drexel at Franklin Field at noon.
