Phillies Charities, Inc., the charitable division of the Philadelphia Phillies, has announced its 2025 community heroes. The organization will distribute over $1.2 million in grants to 32 area charities, with each nonprofit receiving $40,000 to support their ongoing work.

“In celebration of our Season of Giving, it is our honor to award over $1.2 million in grants to 35 charitable organizations who have done so much for our community,” said Phillies Charities, Inc. President Bonnie Clark. “These grants, which are possible because of the exceptional support of our fans, front office employees, sponsors and players, along with their wives and significant others, will help ensure that the important work these organizations do in our community will continue.”

The selected charities represent Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware as well as communities near the Phillies’ minor league affiliates in Clearwater, Reading and Lehigh Valley. Many recipients will be recognized at a holiday reception on December 3 at Citizens Bank Park and invited to attend a Phillies game on April 15 against the Chicago Cubs.

In addition to this initiative, Phillies Charities, Inc. has provided an additional $1.4 million this year to other charitable partners such as ALS United Mid-Atlantic, Bethesda Project, Police Athletic League and Philabundance. This brings total donations by Phillies Charities, Inc. in 2025 to $2.6 million.

The organization’s efforts also include the Phillies Season of Giving presented by SEI—a series of events across Philadelphia aimed at supporting local communities during the holidays. More information about these initiatives can be found at phillies.com/community.
