Aidan Miller, the Philadelphia Phillies’ No. 2 prospect and MLB’s No. 48 overall, recorded a strong performance for Double-A Reading by collecting three hits, including two doubles, and reaching base four times from the leadoff spot. The infielder has shown improvement in August after a challenging July, now posting a .338/.425/.574 slash line with 17 runs scored, 12 extra-base hits, and 10 RBIs this month. Miller has registered hits in 13 of his last 16 games and achieved eight multihit games during that stretch.

Other notable minor league performances include Jordan Lawlar (D-backs), who hit his first home run since June after returning from injury. Lawlar now has hits in all five games since rejoining Triple-A Reno on August 14 following a right hamstring strain that kept him sidelined for nearly two months.

Jesús Made (Brewers) continued his productive start at High-A Wisconsin with a two-run homer, while also stealing a base and adding to his .364/.441/.635 line over 13 games at this level. Bryce Eldridge (Giants) broke a seven-game homerless streak with his sixth home run of the month for Triple-A Sacramento.

2025 Draft picks Ike Irish (Orioles) and Mason Neville (Reds) each hit their first professional home runs for Single-A Delmarva and Daytona respectively. Irish is off to a .346 start through six pro games.

Spencer Jones (Yankees) tied for the Minor League lead in home runs by hitting his 31st of the season for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, while Miguel Ullola (Astros) delivered six scoreless innings for Triple-A Sugar Land, lowering his ERA to its best mark since 2022.

Jimmy Crooks (Cardinals) doubled twice among four hits to extend his hitting streak to nine games for Triple-A Memphis. He is slashing .375/.437/.531 in August.

Mason Neville’s four-hit game included two doubles and a three-run homer as he continues to impress early in his professional career with Daytona.
