He wrote, “Yesterday, I had the privilege of meeting Kristine Gribbin. Her husband, Bernard, was killed while working as a SEPTA bus driver. His story inspired Bernard Gribbin’s Law — legislation I passed in the Senate to protect transit workers. We’ll keep fighting to get it signed.”
Addressing consumer protection issues in Pennsylvania, Senator Picozzi posted on November 8, 2025: “Tired of annoying robocalls and spoofed numbers? I voted to support SB 992 — a bill that cracks down on telemarketers who harass Pennsylvanians and bans calls after 8 p.m. Let’s put an end to these scams once and for all.”

Bernard Gribbin’s Law is named after Bernard Gribbin, who was killed while working as a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) bus driver.
