Have you ever wanted to learn about the life cycle of a Rainbow Trout? Join us to observe the life cycle and learn about water quality and more! This program will happen twice a month starting December through May of 2023. This month’s dates are January 19th and January 28th. Once the trout are old enough, we will release them into Kepner Creek! This program will be held in our indoor space. Norristown Farm Park’s participation in the Trout in the Classroom program was made possible through a partnership between the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) and the Pennsylvania Council of Trout Unlimited (PATU). Limited space - registration required.
All ages; Free
Limited space - registration required. Please register for this event by contacting Rebecca at Rebecca.Blacketter@montgomerycountypa.gov. Meeting location will be provided once you register. Also reach out for directions if needed! GPS does not always take you to the right location of the park. Our educator, Rebecca can make sure you get where you need to be!
