Suburban Community Hospital recently held its annual employee service awards event, celebrating a significant milestone of 300 years of collective service among its staff. The event honored 19 employees for their dedication and commitment to excellence in their roles at the hospital.
Kevin Carrion, Director of Human Resources at Suburban Community Hospital, highlighted the importance of each employee's dedication. "Five to forty-five years of service represents an extraordinary level of trust and dedication," he said. "These employees have dedicated their prime years to working at Suburban Community Hospital, and we believe that our employees are our greatest assets. We will continue to invest in their potential to drive the hospital forward."
Michael Motte, CEO of Suburban Community Hospital, expressed his appreciation for the staff's commitment. "Our employees are the heart and soul of our institution. Their unwavering commitment and compassion not only propel our mission but also foster a sense of community and healing within our walls. It is their dedication that ensures our patients receive the highest quality of care."
Carrion added that "the employee service awards are a testament to the hospital’s commitment to recognizing and honoring its employees for their hard work, contributions, and loyalty." He emphasized that this event holds special significance as it acknowledges those who have served the organization for many years.
This year’s honorees included individuals celebrating milestones from five up to forty-five years:
