Matthew Shelak: Executive Director | Jeanes Hospital
Jack Peace, MD, Director of Obstetric Anesthesia and Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine, has been awarded the February 2025 Temple Faculty Physicians (TFP) Kudos Award. The recognition highlights his contributions to improving communication and efficiency in Labor and Delivery.
Dr. Peace was nominated by Yuliana Salamanca-Padilla, MD, Interim Chair of Anesthesiology and Associate Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology at the same institution. Dr. Salamanca-Padilla stated: “Dr. Peace plays a significant role in improving communication and efficiency in Labor and Delivery, in addition to preparing for the transition to Temple Women & Families. He is always ahead of tasks to assure the highest-quality patient care.”
The award presentation included notable figures such as Amy J. Goldberg, MD, FACS, The Marjorie Joy Katz Dean of the Lewis Katz School of Medicine; Dr. Salamanca-Padilla; and Claire Raab, MD, President & CEO of Temple Faculty Physicians.
