Temple Health has been named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best-In-State Employers for 2025, marking the sixth time the organization has received this recognition. The listing places Temple Health among the top 100 businesses in Pennsylvania with more than 500 employees.
“These rankings are based on what employees say about their workplaces, including how likely they are to recommend their employers to family and friends,” said Michael A. Young, MHA, FACHE, President and CEO of Temple Health. “We’re proud to earn this recognition for a sixth time because it means our employees know their work makes a real impact, and that Temple Health is a place where they and their careers can thrive.”
The selection process for America’s Best-in-State Employers was conducted by Forbes in partnership with Statista. It involved an independent survey of over 160,000 U.S. employees working at companies with at least 500 staff members nationwide. The final score considered both personal evaluations from employees themselves and public evaluations from friends, family members, or others in the same industry.
