Becker’s Hospital Review has named Temple Health as one of seven health systems making significant changes to their executive leadership in 2025. The publication cited several recent appointments at Temple Health, including Abhi Rastogi, MBA, MIS, who will serve as the next President and Chief Executive Officer. Stefanie Murphy has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer. Lauren Gordon will take on the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, while John C. Ryan, JD, has been appointed Chief Administrative Officer.

In a related development, Labor & Delivery services have transitioned from Temple University Hospital–Main Campus at Broad & Ontario to a new women & families hospital.
