Beginning on September 3, Temple University Hospital – Main Campus will cease to provide Labor and Delivery services. These services will be transferred to a new hospital location.
An article in Applied Radiology has discussed the use of virtual reality to alleviate patient anxiety during radiology procedures. The findings were from researchers at Temple University Hospital and the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, as published in the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology. The study examined how virtual reality experiences can reduce pain and anxiety during interventional radiology procedures.
