Temple Women & Families Hospital has officially opened, with its labor and delivery services now relocated from Temple University Hospital–Main Campus to the new facility. NBC10 covered the event, which brought together leaders from Temple, elected officials, and partner organizations to discuss their vision for improving care for women and newborns in Philadelphia.

The grand opening marks a significant change in how maternity care will be provided in the area, as all labor and delivery services previously offered at Broad & Ontario are now available at the new hospital.
