The Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) in Whitpain Township is inviting residents to learn about its Sustainable Property Program at an event scheduled for December 2 at 6 p.m. The gathering will take place at the Blue Bell Library.

Attendees will receive an overview of the Sustainable Property Program and have the opportunity to speak with Whitpain residents who are already participating, as well as members of the EAC. According to organizers, the program aims to encourage environmentally sustainable practices among property owners in the community.

As part of the event, all Whitpain residents present will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of ten Journeywork Pollinator Palooza Gardens provided by the EAC.

“Are you curious about the Sustainable Property yard signs popping up in yards around Whitpain? Or are you interested in talking with your neighbors about ways to make our properties more environmentally sustainable?” reads a statement from the EAC. “If so, join us on December 2 at 6 p.m. at the Blue Bell Library to learn more about the EAC’s Sustainable Property Program. You will hear an overview of the program and get to chat with a panel of Whitpain residents who have joined the program and our EAC.”

Further information about registration is available through email at WhitpainEAC@gmail.com or on their website.
