On Saturday, May 31, former William Penn Charter School standout Scott Doran’s current collegiate team the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers lost 18-7 against the East Carolina Pirates in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Springs Brooks Stadium at 8:05 p.m. and was the first matchup against the East Carolina Pirates in the tournament.

The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers’ next game will take place on Sunday, June 1 at 6:05 p.m. at Springs Brooks Stadium.
