The Fox Chase Cancer Center took part in the 50th Annual Oncology Nursing Society Congress held from April 9 to 13 in Denver. Nurses from the center participated in several presentations and discussions about various research projects.
Numerous staff members contributed posters and abstracts at the congress. Staff involved in these presentations included Amy Estrada, MSN, RN-BC; Michael Fitzpatrick, MSN, RN; Jennifer Carcel, BSN, RN, OCN; Jenna Booth, MSN, RN, PCCN; Colbi Carr, BSN, RN; Caitlin Fanning, MSN, RN, OCN; Vanessa Carrion, MSN, RN, CPN; Rebecca Farrell, MSN, RN, NEA-BC; Kathleen Hess, MSN, RN, OCN, among others.
The congress provided a platform for these nurses to share their findings and engage with their peers in the oncology nursing field.
