The Montgomery County Roads and Bridges Department has released details on its 2023 repaving program. Annual resurfacing operations will begin on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, and are expected to last through April. All work schedules are weather dependent, residents are advised delays may occur on these routes.
Roads and Bridges
Academy Drive (Conshohocken Road to Industrial Way) in Plymouth Township. During milling and paving operations, the road will remain open to traffic with flagging around the active work zone.
Bridge deck (County Bridge #83) on Butler over Wissahickon Creek in Upper Dublin Township. During milling and paving operations, the road will remain open to traffic with flagging around the active work zone.
Bridge deck (County Bridge #73) on Swedesford Rd over Wissahickon Creek in Upper Gwynedd Township During milling and paving operations, the road will remain open to traffic with flagging around the active work zone.
Bridge deck (County Bridge #214) on Garges Road over East Branch of Perkiomen Creek in Skippack Township. During milling and paving operations, the road will remain open to traffic with flagging around the active work zone.
Old Schultz Road at the entrance road to Peter Wentz Park. Road will be closed for traffic during milling and paving work with flagging around the active work zone.
County Roads and Bridges Maintenance Yard at 3100 Hill Rd in Green Lane. Road will remain open to traffic with flagging around the active work zone.
Green Lane Park
Area 5 Park entrance from Green Lane Road to Morrow Pavilion. Road will be closed for traffic during milling and paving work with flagging around the active work zone.
2821 Hill Rd entrance road from hill road to boat rental location for Green Lane Reservoir. Road will be closed for traffic during milling and paving work with flagging around the active work zone.
Germantown Pike from Ridge Pike to Trooper Road is also part of 2023 road paving program, information on dates for paving this road will be released later.
