Representative Dwight Evans of Pennsylvania's 3rd district took to social media recently to address a variety of topics. Posting on his account, Evans shared information and expressed his views on multiple issues affecting his constituents and national matters on April 3 and 4, 2025.

On April 3, Evans directed attention to the potential financial benefits available to certain residents of Philadelphia. "Don’t miss out on up to $9,830 if you qualify! Hey #Philly, did you know eligible Philadelphians can file their taxes for FREE through a City-partnered preparer? They can also help you claim all available tax credits and deductions."

On April 4, Evans commented on developments regarding the Trump administration. He reported that "Trump hasn’t fired the defense secretary or national security adviser, but he fired NSC staff yesterday at the urging of a 9/11 truther." This was one of a series of tweets expressing concern over the administration's actions.

In another tweet posted the same day, Evans called for closer scrutiny of an affair termed as #Signalgate. He demanded an external probe, saying "I continue to call for a special counsel to do an independent investigation of #Signalgate. I do NOT trust this administration to investigate itself!
