Congressman Dwight Evans, representing Pennsylvania’s 3rd district since 2016, shared a series of tweets reflecting on healthcare reforms and other political issues. The congressman has been an advocate for healthcare access and has expressed his opinions on the current political landscape.

On March 23, 2025, Congressman Evans tweeted about the impact of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) on American healthcare. He stated, "Under the Affordable Care Act, Democrats transformed health care— expanding access to affordable health care coverage and protecting Americans with pre-existing conditions. 15 years later and it's still a really big deal. #ThanksObama".

Later that day, he addressed further developments under Democratic leadership concerning healthcare costs. Evans noted, "Democrats have built on the success of the ACA- capping the cost of insulin in Medicare, lowering premiums, and securing Medicare drug price negotiations. On the other hand, while Trump & Congressional Republicans continue attacking this progress, they STILL only have *concepts".

On March 24, 2025, Congressman Evans turned his attention to local concerns in Philadelphia. He urged residents affected by recent administrative actions to share their experiences with him: "Hey #Philly: If the Musk-Trump administration’s mass firings or Social Security service disruptions impact you or someone you know- I want to hear from you!
