Behavioral Health Case Manager and Social Worker Nancy McLemore has been awarded the Exceptional Employee Award at Temple University Hospital's Episcopal Campus. This recognition comes as a result of her consistent dedication and the role she plays in exemplifying what a social worker ought to be.

LJ Rasi, Episcopal's Director of Behavioral Health, shared some insights into McLemore's journey with the institution. "Nancy started as at Temple as a MSW intern in 2013," Rasi remarked. "She was hired after completing her internship, and stayed here for 10 years. After a short stint at another employer, she rejoined Episcopal in 2023, and we were very happy to have her back."

Rasi further highlighted McLemore's accomplishments, stating, "Throughout her years at Temple, Nancy has been a star performer. She regularly goes above and beyond for her patients. She has driven to patient residences trying to contact family members who don't have phones, has brought in items from her own closet to clothe patients without those resources, and has trained numerous interns and employees to give back what was once provided to her at Temple. Nancy is truly an exceptional employee!"
